“THEY ALSO HAVE FREQUENCY”
How to deal with emotions? Are the “negative” ones really blocked by you? Or do you blame yourself for being negative? Or do you divide them into positive and negative? Well, both negative and positive are relative. Each of them carries some information! Both anger and jealousy are needed, these are two emotions that carry something back, in the sense that something is missing for me, that I have the opportunity to work through an important topic. They are sometimes difficult, which does not mean exactly that they are bad or undesirable! I will tell you that every emotion is needed. I know and understand that sometimes they appear like an “uninvited guest” and sometimes independently of you! So the best solution is not to oppose them, you just have to accept and acknowledge them! We also experience emotions in the body, you can ask yourself: “Are they based on facts and is it really so?” I understand perfectly well that sometimes we are afraid, we are afraid of some stressful situation or event and sometimes we come up with PROJECTIONS, i.e. you attribute your feelings and views to other people. The father of projection is the famous neurologist, psychoanalyst and doctor ZYGMUNT FREUD… Remember, every emotion is valuable information about yourself, about others. I think that it is wonderful to also have positive ones, because we have them. Try to allow each of them and accept them, and it will definitely be better and more beautiful! “Stand up, do not focus on your weaknesses and doubts, live upright” (JP II) and “never give up in what you do, a person with big dreams is much stronger than the one who knows all the truths” (ALBERT EINSTEIN).
