Today I invite you to reach the source of the phenomenon of “meditation”. Well, let me tell you that the word meditation is associated with contemplation, relaxation and a relationship with yourself. Being an observer of your own thoughts, you notice that they simply are. The mind wanders and its thoughts appear and disappear, disappear like the ebb of a blue wave but sometimes they appear like an unwanted storm. Thoughts were, are and will be but giving yourself permission and acceptance for their flow leads in the end to inner peace… And that’s probably what it’s all about, isn’t it? This very peace brings with it “positive energy”. Remember also about systematics! The fruit of systematic meditation can be greater empathy, inner peace, greater concentration and self-awareness. When you close your eyes, the external world ceases to exist but thoughts remain in your mind. You can observe that they are. You don’t have to identify with them, you don’t have to understand them at all, you don’t have to follow them. If you have 10 minutes during the day (I understand that this happens) then sit comfortably and relax, close your eyes – you will feel the “magic”. The source of peace is this very moment, a very important moment. Sometimes it happens that we push away “unwanted thoughts”, because they are usually unpleasant. It could be compared to “storm and sun”. The storm is our “unwanted thoughts”, and the sun is “positive thoughts” … after the storm always comes the sun. The more conscious acceptance and permission for what is unpleasant, the more room for accepting what is positive. In time, you will feel like relaxing during the day, in the morning or evening, so listen to the voice of your heart and follow it! Many people have reached the source of “inner peace” thanks to meditation, to the source devoid of ego, to “regenerative sleep”, sleep that comes after effort or fatigue. So MEDITATION is a conscious dream, a dream like the peaceful flow of a river amidst the “forest rustle of tree leaves”.
