Expectation is connected with disappointment, and what is it? It is nothing more than a product of our mind, our fantasies or thoughts about specific events or people, inadequate, preceding it.

Letting Go – The name itself carries mysteries? What does it mean? What does the phenomenon of letting go bring to mind? Sometimes it is worth approaching certain situations with distance, with a bit of patience. In my opinion, the idea of ​​letting go is associated with relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, rest, spending time in nature, and sometimes even physical movement or prayer is advisable.
