“STRENGTH OR POWER?”
So, strength and power are with you and in you.
If you consider yourself a withdrawn person or too sensitive to external stimuli, you often analyze and think too much, or maybe you envy other people’s explosiveness, extroversion, …?
Do you feel uncomfortable in a group of people, do you feel that this world is rushing?
Do you really want to follow this? Follow stress, constantly adjust to others, take on too much “baggage”, want to be equal to people?
Or do you choose the path of harmony, peace, inner satisfaction, the path of sensitivity, authenticity, joy and fulfillment and self-awareness?
Your personality trait is unique, because you are “turned inward”, “inward” of your thoughts, your heart, your soul! And this is extremely valuable. A rich inner life can be a “medicine” for accepting yourself.
It doesn’t matter that you are an introvert, you also have the right to live and be authentic “here and now” and I believe that you are perfectly aware of this.
The Swiss psychiatrist and psychologist CARL GUSTAV JUNG introduced the concept of “introversion” and it has become a kind of canon in today’s world.
An introvert is a very conscious person, so instead of sometimes getting down that you are “different” look at it from a different perspective, the perspective of victory, difference and originality.
You don’t have to talk all the time and be “forcefully” talkative, because “often the wisest answer is silence”. (LEO TOLSTOY).
I would like you to become “your own best friend”, kind and accepting of what you have inside.
Words play a great role and it is better to say less, but with some depth and wisdom,
“kind words can be short and easy to say but their echoes are truly endless”. (MOTHER TERESA)
