“How to use this sensitivity?”
“I SEE A BEAUTIFUL, BRIGHT LIGHT… IN THE SHADOW OF A LONG, DARK AND GRAY TUNNEL”
I wonder about a trait that I have and not only me “fortunately”, but many people I know and for whom the topic of sensitivity is not foreign.
All our thoughts, wounds from the past, fear of the future, of rejection accompany us, but up to a certain stage in our lives.
“All wounds heal eventually… – don’t they?
When you wake up from a deep sleep, when you ask the question: “what next?”, “how to move on with my life?”, “who am I?”, it means that you are on the right path. Everything in life is “for a reason”.
I am a highly sensitive person, which is why it is much more difficult for me in some situations than for people with strong extroversion, but I do not hide that I am great with it. For some time now I have been doing such daily rituals:
I write down my thoughts, emotions, I ask the question what good things are happening in my life?, what am I grateful to myself or the Creator for? (If you are a believer), I also try to meditate, and when things are bad, when you feel anger, aggression, remorse, you are down or feel a sense of guilt, try to see what is happening around you, how you feel it in your body, or turn to God, faith also helps, gives courage and strength!.
“Step by step, and “a drop wears away the rock”
Every person is different, so it’s a waste of time to think about what/what I am not, you are what you are and that’s beautiful.
Open your eyes and look at yourself, your own wonderful gift, which I could boldly call INNER STRENGTH AND POWER”. Being a sensitive person is not easy in many situations, in many contacts with different people”, And we live among Them…
That is why we do not have to let them decide and influence our well-being.
It is simply wonderful, wonderful and beautiful to be yourself, to be true, to be honest with yourself. Being “different” is really nothing bad.
Sensitivity allows you to spread your wings, to soar a little like a bird flying in the sky. All you need to do is find “something” for yourself, some “part of yourself”, develop your passions and interests.
Remember, you are on the right path! and do not worry about what others say about you.
These are difficult experiences – I know.
I believe that every failure brings you down, and every experience strengthens you.
Start with small steps, and big ones will surely come.
Trust yourself, your intuition and your heart.
I wish you to strive to fulfill your own dreams, to develop the strength that lies in each of us, to power and notice the gift of sensitivity. It is worth remembering, after all, each of us is unique and there is no point in comparing yourself to others.
Well, I believe that it will be beautiful again “put on comfortable shoes anyway, because you still have your whole life to go through” – JPII
… And the light is in you! Illuminate it every day…!
