The name itself carries a mystery? What does it mean? What does the phenomenon of letting go bring to mind? Sometimes it is worth approaching certain situations with a sense of distance, with a bit of patience and letting go.
In my opinion, the idea of letting go is associated with relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, rest, being in nature, and sometimes even physical movement or prayer is advisable.
THOMAS CARLYLE used to say that “our main goal should not be to look out for what is distant, but to do what lies within our reach”.
Letting go is also the essence of peace for me and consequently a state of bliss and abundance.
It is a state of getting out of stress, from racing thoughts, the famous being “HERE AND NOW” as well as enjoying the peace of the present moment, i.e. striving for joy from the moment of the moment.
It is work on yourself, which is often not an easy path, it is often a process of internal transformation through a difficult path, which is not strewn with roses. A good method for letting go is the form of writing, for example keeping a diary, describing difficult moments, experiences, emotions for you, it is like putting problems on paper.
Then after some time these problems do not seem to be so “big” anymore, and by following this path you become immune.
I trust that working on yourself, leading your intuition, heart, discovering the path to peace will lead you to a good place.
After all, we only have one life, and there is nothing standing in the way of making it a positive, beautiful and creative process. 🙂
As someone once said, peace is the highest happiness and I think there is something in that thought.
I am glad you are here, take care of yourself and allow yourself to relax, to be calm, because today’s world is rushing, but “running forward you will not get very far”. (ANTOINE DE SAINT EXUPÉRY)
